A 32-story mixed-use high-rise anchoring downtown Denver's growing transit district.
Rising 32 stories above Denver's historic Union Station, this mixed-use tower blends Class A office space, ground-floor retail, and 180 residences into a single vertical community. RMFryConstruct self-performed the concrete superstructure, pouring a floor every four days at peak.
The project targeted LEED Gold with a high-performance curtain wall, rooftop solar, and rainwater reclamation. Tight downtown logistics demanded just-in-time deliveries and a crane plan coordinated around active RTD rail operations below.
